We have a small (7 stall) attached garage which is typically reserved for our two-bedroom residents. The price is $225/month. There is a covered public garage across the street which is $179/month.

The security deposit ranges from $999 up to one months rent. It is due once your application is approved to secure your apartment.

Yes we accept up to two pets per unit; some breed restrictions apply.
